This unit is also a part of Bunn's BrewWISE system, which stores information like the flavor of coffee being ground and the batch size within a chip inside compatible brew funnels, so that when you take that funnel from a BrewWISE grinder to brew it, the brewer can read exactly what coffee was ground and dispense the correct amount of water for that flavor profile. This communication between your coffee equipment removes a lot of the potential for guesswork and takes the burden of remembering complex recipes off of your employees, delivering consistent, flavorful coffee with minimal effort.

Bunn Twin Tall Infusion

The BUNN ICB Twin Platinum Edition coffee brewer (53400.0101) has a 5 3⁄5-gallon tank to withstand repeated brewing and two brewers to maximize coffee production. This system can produce as many as (280) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour, and to preserve fresh flavors for hours, it can brew coffee into airpots and ThermoFresh® servers. 

Its pulse brewing and pre-infusion mechanisms can improve flavor extraction to achieve a desired brew, and to ensure brewing cycle completion, an electronic funnel lock secures the brew funnels in place until coffee has dripped through completely. A hot water faucet is supplied for custom installation so businesses can serve tea or hot chocolate if desired.
